Zebula Country Club & Spa
Kareefontein Development - Phase 3

All 179 stands on the existing 1100 HA which comprises Zebula Golf Estate have been sold.

The Golf Course, SPA, our two separate Lodges, Restaurants, Pro Shop, Animal Care and Snake Centre, Aviary, Gymnasium, Boma and other facilities are all complete and in daily use. Development on 90% of the home sites is also complete and it is expected that all construction on the estate will be complete by early 2009.

Zebula is now opening an entirely new area of 500 Hectares with 40 exclusive private one hectare view and bush stands to the north west bordering both Zebula and the Mabula Game Reserve. This area, known as Kareefontein, although separate, will still be part of the greater Zebula estate.

Access to the Kareefontein area is controlled via a separate gatehouse ensuring privacy, as only Zebula Homeowners and their invited guests may enter this exclusive area.

The main access road to the entrance is fully tarred and there is a separate direct access into Zebula from the Kareefontein gate.

As soon as you enter the gate the combination of nature, north facing views to the Waterberg range, and the pristine bush are immediately apparent.

The area is part of the 1584 Hectare Kareefontein game farm which has been fully stocked with a wide range of animals including Giraffe (22), waterbuck, kudu, zebra, wildebeest, Tsessebe, hartebeest and White Rhino.

All stands have north facing views towards the nearby Waterberg mountain range with stands 1 through 8 also bordering a stream.

There are also well treed bush stands available……

The development area slopes up to the south ensuring that all stands have north facing views.

With the roads situated 300 metres apart and the good bush coverage all sites will be very private.

….. and others with special rock features which can be incorporated into the design of your home to give it a real bush appeal.

All 40 home sites are situated on the north facing slope across an area of 250 Hectares. The additional 250 Hectare traversing area is accessed via a bridge over one of the streams on the property. You can traverse this area in your own vehicle to view the abundance of game and scenery.

To the north of the traversing area is a large picturesque bushveld dam on which two separate picnic / braai areas have been provided, one on each side of the dam, for use by Homeowners. Fishing is permitted.
