Mabalingwe Nature Reserve consists of 12 500 ha bushveld which ranges from sweet veld in the southern, eastern and western parts and sour veld to the northern parts of the Reserve. The Reserve hosts game such as Elephants, Rhino, Buffalo, Leopard, Oryx, Sable, Hyena, Jackal, Giraffe, Eland, Lions (enclosed camp) and many of the smaller species.

The Reserve offers guests and owners a wide variety of activities and facilities:

The stands available are re-sale stands and vary in sizes from 2 000 sqm up to 5 600 sqm and building regulations are set to ensure that the style of each home accommodates and blends with nature.

The development is Real Right of Extension and upon completion registered as a Sectional Title Property.
